Kati Mac Employment Opportunity (Applications Due 11/19/2021)

The Kati Mac Education Foundation is accepting our first wave of applications for employment through November 19, 2021. We are excited to extend our opportunities for employment to our CCDSIG members. The Inquiry Form is attached.

An update:
The Kati Mac Education Foundation transitioned the ownership of Kati Mac Floral Design on June 1.  We are excited to announce that we have created a partnership with the CCIU as a Discover job site.  We have a current CCDSIG member in her post grad program interning with us with a job coach.  This is a wonderful first step in preparing the KMEF to accept additional employees coming this November/December.

What to expect:
Any individual who is interested in possible employment at KMEF is welcome to spend a few hours with us at the shop for a trial period. We will provide training and establish strengths. If the individual expresses a continued interest we will schedule them for a weekly shift.

Currently, shifts for employment will be available Wednesday-Friday, 9:30-12:30pm and 1-4pm and Saturday, 10-1pm.  Transportation will be provided by the family.

Any further details about the terms of employment will be handled directly with the family.

What to do next:
Interested parties may complete an Employment Form.  Once completed, send a picture or scan via email to Christy Rainey.  We are scheduling trial shifts beginning the week of November 29, 2021.
