Once you have filled out the form below, you will be taken to Paypal to process your payment. Afterwards, you will return to this site. If you would like to add another person to this or another team, you will need to return to the “Create or Join Team” page and from there choose the team you wish to join from the list of teams. There, choose the “Join This Team” button underneath the team name.

This form must be filled out once per person, so to join with multiple people it must be filled out multiple times.

Collected baskets are raffled off for the Buddy Walk, which is usually the highlight of the event!
Baskets in the past have included baseball memorabilia, children’s show toys, etc..
