Once you have filled out the form below, you will be taken to Paypal to process your payment. Afterwards, you will return to this site. If you would like to add another person to the team you just created, you will need to return to the “Create or Join Team” page and from there choose the team that you just created from the list of existing teams. There, choose the “Join This Team” button underneath the team name.

There may be a slight delay in your created team appearing on the teams page.
