Hi! My name is Alana and my husband’s name is Jason. We just had our first son, Jack, on June 7th. Jack was diagnosed with Down Syndrome back in December, when we were 13 weeks pregnant. We live in Downingtown and are really looking forward to being involved in the Chester County group! We can’t wait to meet other families and Jack can’t wait to make new friends!
